 ### Incident response

1. **If the person needs urgent medical care, call 911 immediately.**
2. If someone was transported to a hospital or if there is a workplace hazard, [call the Operations Center](/report-accident-or-emergency#harvard-emergency-contacts "Report an Accident or Emergency").
3. Report the incident to your manager or supervisor. They must submit a claim report on your behalf within twenty-four hours of the incident.



 

 ### Claim reports

Supervisors and managers must submit a claim report on behalf of the affected person within twenty-four hours of each incident.

To report a claim online:

- **Staff and other Harvard employees:** [Log in to PMA Companies (HarvardKey required)](https://login.harvard.edu/app/bookmark/0oa203ly4y7fnNGAN1d8/login).
- **Students, temporary workers, volunteers, and other non-employees:** Email [radiusr@pmagroup.com](mailto:radiusr@pmagroup.com?subject=Harvard%20%E2%80%93%20Reporting%20Non-Employee%20Claims) to request HarvardKey single-sign on (SSO) access for reporting Harvard non-employee claims.
