How to manage your group’s chemical inventory and door placards in LabCup and LabPoint.

## Who is this for?

Everyone who works with hazardous chemicals in Harvard lab buildings, including building staff, lab staff, and researchers.

## Managing your chemical inventory and door placards

Use the online LabCup and LabPoint systems to manage your group’s chemical inventory and door placards.

These systems help you understand, communicate, and track chemical hazards, safely handle chemicals, and meet regulatory requirements.

LabPoint users will transition to LabCup in 2026. Each group completes onboarding, including setup and training, before using LabCup.

- **Before LabCup onboarding:** Continue using [LabPoint](https://ehs.labpoint.sph.harvard.edu/).
- **After LabCup onboarding:** Use [LabCup](https://harvard.us.labcup.net/).

You can [check if your group is onboarded into LabCup](https://hu.sharepoint.com/sites/ChemicalInventoryManagementSystem).
