##  Summary 

 



All event planners and caterers participating in Harvard Commencement and related reunion events must follow these guidelines.

To meet Harvard and local requirements, you must:

- Read and fully understand all catering vendor safety and sanitation guidelines.
- If your event has over 150 attendees, submit your Harvard Commencement catering vendor registration form by the deadline.
- Receive a temporary catering food service permit from the applicable city.
- Make arrangements in advance with your Harvard contact if you need to connect to a water or power supply during your event.
- Follow parking regulations if you need parking to load or unload event materials.
- Follow Harvard food waste collection and recycling requirements.
