##  Food safety at Harvard 

Harvard dining and food service operations can use EHS support to help meet regulatory requirements and continue to serve safe and healthy food.

Follow EHS guidance or contact EHS to help manage:

- Emergencies, incident investigations, and issues.
- Audits and inspections.
- Compliance with policies and requirements.
- Food safety training.
- Food safety and licensing for events, including catering vendors, Commencement, and reunions.
- Food service establishment construction and renovations.
