Including workplace accidents or near misses, emergencies, illnesses, and injuries.

Incident response

  1. If the person needs urgent medical care, call 911 immediately.
  2. If someone was transported to a hospital or if there is a workplace hazard, call the Operations Center.
  3. Report the incident to your manager or supervisor. They must submit a claim report on your behalf within twenty-four hours of the incident.

Claim reports

Supervisors and managers must submit a claim report on behalf of the affected person within twenty-four hours of each incident.
