Report an Accident or Emergency

1. If the person needs urgent medical care, call 911 immediately.
2. If someone was transported to a hospital or if there is a workplace hazard, call the Operations Center.
3. Report the incident to your manager or supervisor. They must submit a claim report on your behalf within twenty-four hours of the incident.

Supervisors and managers must submit a claim report on behalf of the affected person within twenty-four hours of each incident.

To report a claim online:

• Staff and other Harvard employees: Log in to PMA Companies (HarvardKey required).
• Students, temporary workers, volunteers, and other non-employees: Email radiusr@pmagroup.com to request HarvardKey single-sign on (SSO) access for reporting Harvard non-employee claims.
