Commencement Catering Vendor Registration and Guidelines

All event planners and caterers participating in Harvard Commencement and related reunion events must follow these guidelines.

To meet Harvard and local requirements, you must:

• Read and fully understand all catering vendor safety and sanitation guidelines.
• If your event has over 150 attendees, submit your Harvard Commencement catering vendor registration form by the deadline.
• Receive a temporary catering food service permit from the applicable city.
• Make arrangements in advance with your Harvard contact if you need to connect to a water or power supply during your event.
• Follow parking regulations if you need parking to load or unload event materials.
• Follow Harvard food waste collection and recycling requirements.

• Building and operations management, including event planners.
• Catering vendors registering for or engaged in Harvard Commencement or reunion week events.
